Over 35 Years of Legal Experience
Robert began his legal career as a Criminal Defense Attorney with the Public Defender's office in Miami, Florida, before moving to the Chicago area in 1990 and opening up his own practice in 1991. He's tried cases throughout Cook, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, and Lake counties, and in neighboring Wisconsin and Indiana. His background also includes serving as CFO/General Counsel for two international manufacturing companies, and he earned his MBA from Roosevelt University in 2003, which gives him a business perspective that shapes how he advises clients. He has also represented business clients including D.M.S., Inc., DMR International, Inc., Kenneth Lehmann Construction, and KPL Squared, Inc.
